This recycled sari silk is just amazing, it is made from recycled Sari’s and I import this directly from India where it is made by a group of women who use all of their profits specifically for putting girls through education in their village. This particular Sari Silk I have called “beach walk” as it feels like the colours of the water lapping at the sand. I hand make these tassels myself from the skeins of sari silk I have purchased.
This is a super (bohemian length) long necklace so that it can be worn doubled over or long. It has the most stunning Abalone feature (that is double sided) and I have put a Mermaid amongst the waves fob clasp onto this (I’ve even sparkled her tail!)
The necklace itself is strung onto divine Sterling Silver and featues gorgeous Peacock Freshwater Pearls and Czech crystals. It is just magnificent.
