Infinite Love Necklace

I have a story about "Infinite Love" (this) necklace!

I'm "in love" with hearts at the moment.  Because truly, it is all about the love for me right now.  I just want to surround myself with as many reminders of it and as much of it as I can, almost to act as an antidote to some of what I am seeing around me and situations in my life that I am currently feeling confronted by.

I wanted to create a necklace that I could wear every day and stack it with other necklaces.  One that would sit beautifully if I was wearing something crew neck.  That was great for sensitive skin (hypoallergenic), comfortable, could handle all day, every day wear and would NEVER tarnish.  One that perhaps I could even wear with nursing scrub tops!

And this is what I have come up with!  I am calling this necklace "Infinite Love" due to the chain I have used which I am calling my "Infinity Link Chain" which is made of surgical grade stainless steel and feels wonderful on!

The stunning little heart is set in Sterling Silver and features cubic zirconia crystals.  Cubic Zirconias are fascinating to me!  Cubic Zirconias are man-made and lend themselves to being cut just like diamonds are, without the thousands of dollar price tag!  

I have then added one of my easy to use Heart Clasps to this necklace.  The necklace that I wear sits at 16", however I can add or take away links to a necklace to adjust this in 1¼” (3cm) increments (so that the heart is balanced in the middle at the front, I need to add or take away 2 links at a time which measures 30mm).
