Sodalite is my constant companion at the moment on this "leg" of my "life journey" and for good reason.
Sodalite is a stone of insight, helping one penetrate paradox and contradiction in order to form a new synthesis of thought. (I'm undergoing intensive therapy at the moment for CPTSD so it makes sense to me why I am so passionately drawn to this sodalite!
